We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to support the Sales Showrooms and Product Development service goals for an amazing leader within the wholesale home décor industry. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse, including inventory management, staff supervision, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
Maintains Sample Warehouse, focusing on efficient and organized operations.
Responsible for training Sample Warehouse personnel.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Assist in preparing and analyzing reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments and inventory.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in ERP/NetSuite, WMS/Korber platforms and MS Office specifically Excel.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills. Bilingual highly preferred.
