MGN Foundation is a leading nonprofit fundraising firm dedicated to driving impactful community initiatives in Richmond. We are seeking a passionate individual to join our client management team as an Entry Level Account Manager, committed to making a difference and giving back to the community.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing innovative fundraising campaigns and strategies
Support account management and event logistics for new and existing clients
Ensure exceptional client representation at local community events
Drive donations, increase community awareness, and foster donor loyalty through effective fundraising activities
Participate in daily office meetings to stay updated on client knowledge and campaign progress
Perform additional responsibilities as directed
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion for hands-on community work
Excellent customer service and organizational/time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally
