A little about YETI Coolers
We set out to build a cooler without compromise - one that would stand up to all the abuse we could throw at it. Turns out we weren’t alone in our frustration with cheap gear. Ten years and a few more compromise-free products later, and we’re one of the fastest growing brands in the outdoor industry. We are probably bigger (in sales, staff, resources) than you think we are, but still small enough for you to meaningfully help build and shape this growing brand.

We stand behind giving back to the community, and because of that, allow every employee to trade in one work day to volunteer instead — without sacrificing any PTO. One summer, we partnered with the Andy Roddick Foundation to teach nearly 100 students in Austin the fundamentals of fishing, play games, and have fun. For many kids, it was their first opportunity to learn to fish and gain new skills that will allow them to enjoy the outdoors for years to come.
YETI University
YETI University is a hands-on internship program for students who want to learn from some of the outdoor industry’s biggest innovators. Students will gain project experience in a fun and dynamic environment across a number of departments within the company. Come experience daily mentorship, work with some of the best and brightest, and attain new and exciting skills.
