From April 2023-2024, the Total Site Energy Use Intensity (Site EUI) has decreased by 20% compared to the end of 2019 (pre-COVID), resulting in a 15% reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.   This achievement underscores Synergy's commitment to investing in sustainable practices and improving energy efficiency across our properties. Yesterday, Synergy and Newmark hosted a fantastic broker lunch at Two Dry Dock Avenue! We had the pleasure of welcoming over 115 brokers to our open house, providing a great opportunity to tour the remaining available spaces:   🏙️ 13,634 RSF on the 11th Floor with a private roof deck  🏢 12,841 RSF Spec Suite on the 6th Floor   Attendees also explored our top-floor amenity center, featuring a roof deck, common space, conference facility, and tenant gym.
