Day of Caring at Wildrock

Each year, we take a day to get outside of the office and give back. Getting our hands a little dirty and connecting over volunteer work is a great way to reduce stress and shake off the day-to-day. On this 'Day of Caring' we visited the Wildrock Natural Area in Albemarle County and helped with invasive species removal and trail maintenance.

Annual Goals: Learning to Dunk (Again)

After a health scare, Tom set a goal to dunk a basketball (again), opening the door to creating balance in health, fitness, family, and work. This mindset and dedication to being the best version of oneself and empowering those around you are recognized at Sun Tribe. In 2022, Tom received Sun Tribe's highest honor—"Tribber of the Year"—for this holistic contribution and had his jersey retired to hang from our office rafters forever.
