To celebrate AANHPI month, our amazing Red Lotus community hosted a dance showcase in our office last week! We enjoyed dazzling performances featuring Tahitian, Hawaiian, and Bhangra dances by Lei Pasifika and Learn Bhangra. Not only did our audience enjoy the show, but many also joined in to learn a few dance moves! Huge thanks to our talented dancers and the Red Lotus team for hosting such an enjoyable event!

As the famous saying goes, "Mo Money, Mo Problems." This rings especially true for BIPOC millennials who navigate the delicate balance of striving for generational wealth, and breaking through accumulated discriminatory financial practices. Last month, Citizens and Ogilvy New York launched #ReadyToMakeSenseOfYourMoney, an exciting campaign inviting consumers to filter out the noise. In collaboration with 2045 Studio and panelists Shola Aminu, Ron Homer, Caitlyn Kumi, and Jessie Y., we hosted a candid conversation on financial literacy, fostering a growth mindset (one that makes you think not necessarily “How much can I save?” but “How much can I earn?”), practical tips for wealth generation, and how to navigate honest conversations around money with friends & family.
