Why did I start a recruiting agency for the franchise community? It wasn't to get rich or because I thought it would be an easy journey. It's because I believe that people are the greatest asset of any organization, and it's an area where franchisees receive the least support. Franchisees often are given extensive guidance in operations, marketing, and sales, but many franchisors justifiably avoid providing people management support because of joint employer regulations. Many first-time zees come from professions with little experience in hiring or managing employees, which creates a steep learning curve. This is why my team and I started FranPartners. We partner with franchisors, learn their operating model and ideal candidate profiles, and provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for all their franchisees. We remove the liability from the franchisors and ensure brand standards are elevated by finding top talent. Hiring the wrong people is too costly a mistake for new business owners and posting key roles on Indeed and LinkedIn will not yield the best results. Throughout the past few months, I've been building a team and developing a concept I'm convinced fills a significant gap in the market and will greatly benefit franchise operators around the nation. Team Spotlight: Meet Caryn, our Co-Founder, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Human Resource Officer of FranPartners. Caryn has worked both in franchises and for franchisors throughout her 27 year career, providing her a unique perspective on both sides of the franchise system. She has provided support in talent acquisition, training, and Human Resources for over 20 years while simultaneously navigating the ever changing legal landscape that impacts those processes. Caryn carries all of these experiences and understandings into her roles with FranPartners to provide unmatched support for the clients we serve! Beyond her career endeavors, Caryn finds fulfillment serving others and cares deeply about the disabled and special needs families in her community. She is passionate about leveraging business practices to align with her innate desire to serve these groups of people. On a personal level, Caryn lives with her 3 children on a farmette in Maryland where they enjoy tending to their garden, hearing the roosters crow, and raising sheep.
