So we did the Welsh 3000's on Saturday.... For those that don't know, this involves hiking the highest 15 mountains in Wales in one day, including Crib Goch, Snowdon, & Tryfan. We did this in support of our company charity Motiv8 who support young people in our local area. Congratulations go to all of us as this hike is a serious challenge. James Rolfe Emma Rees James Gigg Joseph Page and our unsung support hero Jeremy Ross-Clyne We began at Crib Goch around 5am, 25mph winds, low cloud and the day led into sun at times and some stunning scenery. James R, Emma and I managed 23 miles, around 650 flights of stairs and a lot of calories. You can only end this hike at certain points and so we bailed at the last road crossing after Tryfan. Super congrats go to James Gigg and Joe Page who completed the challenge at 12.30am.
