We urgently need to catch up with world-class technology leaders. 2️⃣ BE BOLD. The EU's strategy and national roadmaps should be more ambitious to transform basic coverage into an impactful tool for long-term societal development (digital skills, take-up, and network quality are pivotal elements). 3️⃣ GIGABIT SOCIETY FOR ALL. In our 5G QoE Benchmarking study, differences among European cities are a "wake-up call” to ensure that citizens and businesses benefit from the full capabilities offered by future-proof technologies everywhere (including rural and remote areas).
