Together with eBay as our host of event "AI-Readiness: Balancing innovation, security and social responsibility" at Enter Technikwelt Solothurn, a lineup of inspiring speakers provided insights into their business practices around #AI.   Tech advancements are at the center of what businesses must master in the near future - from leveraging AI in #campaigns, #operations, #customer service and with their #workforce. Our keynote speakers Kyle McGinn, (eBay), and Mette Stannow (Accenture Song), gave fascinating insights into how AI can provide companies with accelerated innovation and enhanced customer service and how tools like OpenAI's #ChatGPT are transforming the creative process for marketeers.   The panelists Dr. Anna Zeiter, LL.M.
