After a 5-year hiatus, Leadership Camp is back and better than ever! 🛫 Last month a handful of well-deserving leaders at G Adventures were flown to the beautiful Canadian Rockies for our Leadership Development program. 🇨🇦🏔️ All week the group's mission was to help unlock leadership potential and to take their impact to the next level. The result? We'll let a couple of attendees tell you how it went: "Leadership Camp 2024 was an absolutely transformative experience! Going to Lake Louise and having our main session with Bruce Poon Tip OC at Boundary Ranch added so much inspiration to our journey. So proud! Last night at The Travel Marketing Awards in London, G Adventures landed the coveted wooden block for 'Advertising Campaign of the Year (up to £250,000)', plus scored a couple of runner-up spots for two hotly contested categories. The TMA's are *the* event I look forward to the most in our industry, as they showcase both the extraordinary marketing, and the brilliant teams behind them (not least, ours!). I'm also privileged to Chair one of several awards categories, and I can tell you without doubt that there is some ridiculously meaningful, smart, and impactful marketing happening to drive our industry forward. I sense real change, across all sectors - let's keep pushing! #travel #travelindustry #marketing #awards

Going on #safari has long been considered a #bucketlist trip… but I sooo want to bust this myth. So do it, and stop dreaming of lions, leopards, giraffes, and zebras… start ideating and start planning! I’m honored to feature sustainable travel giant Bruce Poon Tip OC in the Travel Job series on Trip Whisperer Agency blog. His leadership and humility has always struck me in such a positive way from the first time I heard him speak about 15 years ago at Nomading Film Fest for those that remember!
