Are you looking for detailed and quality welding services? At SIGMADESIGN we offer a range of welding services. All welding is completed in-house by certified welders with backgrounds in nuclear-cryogenic work and material sciences. We provide precision welding which adheres to tight tolerances (0.020”) per customer specifications and procedures. Comprehensive welding services encompass everything from small to large fabrications and repairs. We also weld sheet metal and castings in a wide variety of alloys. Our fabrication processes include: TIG, MIG, STICK, oxyacetylene, and plasma cutting. We fabricate using a variety of materials such as: aluminum, steel, stainless steel (300 and 400 series), magnesium, and other exotic metals.
