Below are some tips on how you can prevent people from hogging the facility. - Integrate a facility booking system where employees have to reserve a desk or room to be able to use it. - Implement rules and policies such as terms and conditions that employees have to agree upon when they book the facility. - Employees are required to check in and out of the booking to keep track of the usage. - Set an auto-cancellation for the facility so that the other employees are able to book if the user did not check in after a grace period.
