Growing Together: My Heartfelt Journey with Agraharam When I first started Agraharam, it was just me and a few staff members. I was everywhere, attending to every guest personally. Actually I was very happy doing that as I was able to connect with the guests , turning many into lifelong friends. As time went by and our little property began to thrive, I had to hire more people to keep up with the demand. Even though our team was great, I realized that what I offered—my passion— was something inherently different. I continued to stay involved, knowing my personal touch made a difference. It reached a point when I had to make the team bigger and rely on them the more . Eventually, it became clear that for Agraharam to grow, I had to trust my team more. I learned this not just by managing my property but by observing others, noting how every interaction, even with a security guard of a hotel , shaped my perception of their business. I understood that your team will be the heart and soul of your company, no matter how closely you oversee the details. And slowly I started to believe in them and with time, I invested in creating processes that empowered our staff to represent the heart and soul of Agraharam. And it worked beautifully. This transition gave me the gift of time—time to dream, plan, and expand. While I miss the daily chats with our guests, I understand the importance of stepping back. Trusting and investing in my team has not only maintained the quality I envisioned but has also allowed me to explore new ventures. Today, I look towards the future with excitement, ready to guide my company towards the vision I've always dreamed of. And it's all thanks to learning the balance between being hands-on and leading from the heart. #LeadershipEvolution #BusinessGrowth

Appalling visuals coming from Bangalore - Suresh, the Auditor of Heritage Milk, was attacked by goons hired by his subordinates. It's reported that Umashankar, Sandeep, Vinesh and two others were frustrated with him. This incident highlights the issue of managers exploiting their subordinates. It's important for managers to understand that their job is to get the work done, but not at the cost of exploiting their team. Similarly, subordinates need to understand that work is work and personal life is personal. It's important to draw a line between the two to avoid any unwanted situations. Let's work together to create a healthy work environment.

Rewrite ur story at work… Meet Tasha. Ten years ago, she joined a medical software startup as an admin assistant. Today, she manages a multi-million-dollar sales team. But when a top position opened up, she felt overlooked. If you're like Tasha, stuck in old perceptions at work, you're not alone. But there's a way out. Here’s how you can change how others see you and rewrite your career narrative: 🌉Identify the Perception Gap**: Understand how others see you versus how you see yourself to bridge the divide. 🔋Align Your Actions**: Focus on tasks that reflect your current leadership, not just your past successes. 🍦Don’t Be Shy with Stakeholders**: Have open conversations to address lingering perceptions head-on and clarify your growth. With these strategies, you can reshape how you're perceived and step into the leader you've become. Remember, it's never too late to rewrite your story at work. Stay tuned for more insights! #jyotidadlani #CareerGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #RewriteYourStory #ProfessionalGrowth #OvercomingPerceptions #WorkplaceSuccess #LeadershipJourney #coaching
