Studies show that taking breaks away from your desk during the day reduces, or even prevents, stress, restores positive energy and promotes overall wellness. In addition to year round, free mental health resources we provide to all employees, this #wellness month we’ve been purposeful with our time in the office disconnecting with our desks, while connecting with each other. A few of our favorites ways to take a break include: 🔵 Guided breathing meditations 🔵 Screen-free healthy lunches  🔵 Leg stretching neighborhood walks (including to our favorite local coffee shops)   What are your favorite ways to take a break during the workday?
