OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer, and they play a crucial role in the supply chain. OEM partners create original software or integration that can be used for third-party software solutions into the products or services of their partners, typically in backend use cases. These partnerships enhance their partners' offerings with specialized functionality. There are pros and cons to any partnership and OEMs are no different.
