The Toppers Pizza Vendor of the Year award is to recognize outstanding performance among vendors. This can be demonstrated in a number of ways including customer service, store experience, customer relations, store operations, offering significant innovation and community involvement and service.   It was my first time presenting this award and I’m doubly pleased it was one of my vendors: call center vendor Kanekt 365. I’d like to personally congratulate Jeffrey S. Morin and Drew Morin for the excellent services their talented leadership teams provide and to our dedicated support team. This support teams offers both company stores & customers outstanding customer service, high quality hospitality driven interactions, higher average checks, world class call center metrics and really embody our “Give Customers What They Want” business core value.   Through Kanekt 365’s call center services, we’ve taken high performing stores and turned them into super efficient order making/taking/baking machines and for struggling stores, we can take a difficult part of the business operation out, improve profitability and allow time to focus on improving their unique business challenges.    Our busiest days of the year now enjoy little to no hold times when placing orders and stores with explosive short-term sales due to community or sporting events can worry free that the limited number of phone lines in the stores isn’t limiting our ability to do business.   Can’t thank you enough, congrats Kanekt 365!   Pictured left to right, Tony Ellis, Drew Morin, Michelle Arntz (Toppers Call Center Supervisor)
