From Support to Success: My Optiply Journey🚀
Sadly though,
A month ago, I took a leap and said goodbye to my role at Optiply.
First off, a HUGE thank you to every soul at Optiply. The trust, the camaraderie, the challenges (and there were plenty of it)- I'm grateful for it all. It was a short, but one hell of a journey, packed full of learnings, especially leadership and tactical learnings.
But let me tell you, my CS team?
They're the real MVPs! 🙌🏻💪🏻
Together, they transformed from just being a support center to a thriving commercial hub.
The numbers?
A whopping 133% surge in onboarded revenue, 140% median boost in onboarded volume, and we slashed the time to live by 15%!
Oh, and did I mention an 8% rise in NRR?

Here's the golden nugget I took away: With a clear vision and unwavering dedication from the helm, CS teams can move mountains. Stand tall, CS leaders!

Remember, in the SaaS world, the customer is king.
But here's the twist - true Customer Success?
It's built on the foundation of Employee Success.
Now, onto my recent epiphanies:
1⃣ Sharing my knowledge and watching others soar with it? It's pure magic! So, watch out world, I'm on a mission to sprinkle that wisdom far and wide.
2⃣ Community building? It's my jam! It's my way of giving back to the incredible CS community that's been my backbone. So, gear up for something exciting with CS Connect.
