🎊 Oh, the year was quite something! A sentence like this is typically connected to a summary written in December, but we have a good reason for using it today. 🗓 #CleverCondo, a one-of-a-kind #benefit - an apartment in #Szczyrk- was launched a year ago for all employees. In the past year, our guest visited the apartment 37 times and spent a total of 191 days there! 🤩 🏡 We're not mentioning this to boast (well, maybe a little) but to let you know we're bidding farewell to #Szczyrk. But rest assured, we're not saying goodbye to the #CleverCondo; we're about to launch #CleverCondo2 VERY soon. Where is our property going to be? 🤔 It's a secret! People at WebCastle: Week 3 This week, we're shining the spotlight on the heart of our company - Drisya Vijay , our fantastic HR! If WebCastle feels like a second home, Drishya plays a big part in making it so. She's been with us for years, always working to improve our workplace. Drishya's got a knack for blending employee happiness with company goals. Thanks to her efforts and management's thoughtful initiatives, we now enjoy Saturdays off, giving us that extra day to recharge. Her initiative was the Employee of the Month program (which I've been fortunate to win a few times) and those fun project success team lunches that bring us all together. What I really appreciate about Drishya is how she listens. She's always open to suggestions, whether it's about improving our work environment or tweaking our processes. It's this openness that's helped shape many positive changes at WebCastle. And hey, I can't forget to mention - I owe my WebCastle journey to her good judgment during my hiring process! 😊 The WebCastle management deserves a big thumbs up too. So Oracle, Workday, Greenhouse Software, iCIMS, LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR, Paycor, and SHRM, you all help discriminate again people who could not afford college or could not go into debt for college. 😡 Even if the job description States "a college degree or a relevant number of years of experience" means nothing as the HR systems never ask you for the number of years of experience or what your experience is and it does ask you for a college degree and details. Those without college degrees get a letter telling us: "Thank you for applying, after careful examination of your application, we won't be moving forward with your application." In some cases, you get that email within minutes of submitting that application.#tearthepaperceiling
