I had a chance to sit down with Adil Saleh on The Hyperengage Podcast and discuss how we look at products and customers at Produx AI. 1️⃣ What is the importance of being close to customers and listening to them firsthand. Especially when companies scale fast, they forget how they got there. Listening to customers will keep the company rooted to the vision and let them focus on what matters! 👩💼 2️⃣ Problem solving is a continuous effort. The problems for the customers keep evolving. The team working to solve the problem should also keep evolving. The ability to evolve fast will always be your edge. For that, again keep listening to your customers to understand how the problem is evolving for them. Trying to understand and see what the common pattern in it is. 🤠 3️⃣ How can the product team focus on building a solution that's not skewed to just one or two customers?
