The main responsibilities of the Executive Sous Chef are to oversee, delegate, and actively participate in kitchen operations alongside kitchen staff to guarantee top-notch food quality, timely service, efficient cost management, and a clean, safe kitchen environment. Additionally, they are responsible for training and nurturing sous chefs. All tasks must be carried out in line with the policies, procedures, and standards set by the department and the property.
