Dive into Harvest Technology's Secure Vessel Monitoring. DOF Subsea, a prominent provider of offshore and marine support services, recognized the critical importance of real-time monitoring for its vessel operations. Partnering with Harvest since 2019, DOF Subsea aims to enhance operational efficiency and safety by enabling remote monitoring of vessel activities. The crux of the issue lay in the necessity for onshore and client personnel to have instant access to live vessel data for informed decision-making. With traditional methods, such as satellite communication, proving inefficient due to bandwidth constraints, DOF Subsea faced a significant roadblock in achieving real-time situational awareness. Without a solution, operational efficiency, safety, and decision-making would continue to be compromised. As a response, Harvest Technology stepped in with a solution tailored to the unique challenges of offshore monitoring. Leveraging its expertise, Harvest introduced the AVR2 system – a remote live streaming solution that redefines the paradigm of vessel monitoring. By integrating onboard CCTV and subsea ROV cameras, the AVR2 system delivers a secure and reliable video stream, empowering onshore teams and clients with unparalleled visibility into vessel activities. Key features of the AVR2 system include: Ultra-low Bandwidth Usage Secure Encryption Plug-and-play Functionality By providing DOF Subsea and its clients with an efficient vessel monitoring solution, Harvest has not only addressed a critical industry need but has also set new standards for operational excellence. With the AVR2 system, it enables organizations to navigate the complexities of the maritime environment with confidence and clarity. With real-time situational awareness at their fingertips, stakeholders can make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence like never before. Sat.One’s Low Earth Orbit connectivity for enterprise goes hand-in-hand with quality User Terminals (UT). Conventional, old-style satellite dish terminals that need a direct line of sight to a satellite can lose connectivity due to obstacles like clouds, trees and buildings, and can even be knocked out of alignment from either wind or accidental movement. Sat.One’s state-of-the-art parabolic and flat panel UTs support the most advanced phased array and holographic beam-forming technology to help ensure a seamless and more reliable link. It’s one of the reasons we can guarantee 99.5% uptime. Our cost-efficient UT range supports fixed and mobility solutions for air, sea and land. They can operate in temperatures up to 55°C (plus solar loading), and during cyclone Category 3 storms. We also keep stock onshore in Australia, so orders can be fulfilled without lengthy international shipping delays. What’s more, we offer 24/7 technical support with specialists to assist with any troubleshooting you might need with field engineers on hand to mobilise if required. As we continue to make waves in the Maritime Sector 🌊, we have yet another partnership success story to share. This time with EGS Survey Pty Ltd (EGS Australia) - Leaders in Hydrographic & Geophysical Surveying. During our recent APAC road trip, we had the opportunity to explore the utilisation and advantages of our ultra-low bandwidth video streaming. Our partners at #EGS are already recognising its value as a vital element in their remote survey operations. One of their recent subsea cable survey projects provided exceptional benefits in visibility, decision-making, collaboration, and cost efficiency. As technology progresses, real-time video streaming is set to become an essential tool for the company. Explore the many advantages of employing real-time video streaming and remote access in subsea cable survey operations. ⭐ Data and Documentation: Videosoft technology enables the recording and documentation of live video feeds and high-quality local recording of the entire survey process. This documentation proves invaluable for post-analysis, quality assurance, and compliance reporting purposes. ⭐ Enhanced Visibility and Decision-Making: Instant visual insights empower stakeholders to make informed decisions on the spot using a live feed showcasing cable installation, obstacles, and underwater infrastructure conditions, enhancing overall visibility. ⭐ Cost Efficiency and Resource Optimisation: Integrating real-time video streaming cuts costs by reducing on-site staff, while remote access enables professionals to oversee operations from a distance. EGS Survey Pty Ltd (EGS Australia) are using video streaming to enhance remote operations across the board. Their upcoming Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) is set for sea trials in the approaching months. They intend to leverage Videosoft Global's adaptive video compression and transmission technology, a crucial part of their operational strategy. The project will debut at the AOG Energy exhibition held at the Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre this week. Discover more details about the survey work by visiting #EGS at STAND #A22. Looking forward to seeing the ESG team this week - Charles Collins, Harrison Wilson, and Sylvain E. Learn more about our ultra-low bandwidth video streaming solutions: Richard Coston, our BDM of the APAC region, will be at the event if you’d like to connect. richard.coston@videosoftglobal.com #videostreaming #lowbandwidth #tradeshow #partnerships #surveying #remoteinspections #offshore

Remote CPT pushes and Monitoring EEL have taking delivery of a Starlink Martime system. The system lends itself well to applications like remote Geotechnical operations, with the Starlink network offering a reliable means to transmit data from remote sensors or monitoring devices. In our case we have successfully integrated it into our Roson ST Marine CPT's, providing the ability to control the system from behind a desk at base. In addition Starlink can be used to transmit data collected from the system and live feeds from the onboard cameras. This provides the shore based office with operational data, enabling us to spot any potential issues with the system before they occur and adjust settings to optimise performance. For more information about the future of our Marine Operations, please contact keith.lewis@eel.world #Starlink #Geotechnical #remoteoperations #ROSONST #marinesiteinvestigation #thecptfactory
