We’re proud of our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all colleagues. 🌈 To commemorate Pride Month, here are two of our ongoing and new initiatives aimed at creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected: • Our PROUD Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have united globally to provide a clear identity and robust support network for colleagues around the world. 🤝 • Our Group Leadership Team is reaffirming their commitment to the LGBTQIA+ Agreement, emphasizing the significance of leadership accountability. 🚀 Through these initiatives, we’re not only celebrating Pride but also reinforcing our dedication to a diverse and inclusive workplace, where all colleagues actively listen, appreciate unique perspectives, and communicate respectfully. #WeAreAllAccountable #Pride2024 #LGBTQIAInclusion #SyngentaProud

I love this cartoon for two reasons: 1) Inclusivity Are you actively including people in your workplace? Small acts have a significant impact. 2) Names are important It is essential to learn others' names and pronounce them correctly—people like when we use their names. (That this is framed through alien beings is a bonus...reminiscent of the SNL Coneheads) #inclusion #inclusivity #leadership

We are on a mission to empower organisations to GLOW through coaching, allyship, wellbeing and great bespoke training programmes⚡️
Pride 2024: Reflect. Empower. Unite. According to Deloitte’s survey 'Global Inclusion At Work 2023' study of 5,747 LGBT+ respondents from 13 countries - Less then half of the respondents are open about their sexual orientation at work - The top reason for not being 'out' at work is due to being treated differently - 42% respondents report experiencing non inclusive behaviours at work - Allyship eases comfort and increases confidence There has never been a more important time for organisations to embed allyship training in their learning and development. Two thirds of Our Gen Z colleagues place D&I as an important consideration when seeking a new employer. With an expected 30% of the workforce expected to be Gen Z by 2030, organisations that are leading the way now can expect to outperform those than don't. Make allyship in action - not a tick box. Embed it, have allyship training in your leadership training, onboarding and create ally ambassadors. We are proud to deliver allyship programmes, making the world a better place workshop by workshop. Reflect. Empower. Unite. Last week, we kicked off Pride Month by embracing mindfulness in leadership. Today, let’s dive deeper into mindful listening. 🌿 Mindful listening is a powerful tool that fosters a culture of empathy and respect. By being fully present and attentive, we can truly understand and connect with our team members. 🌍 When we listen mindfully, we validate others' experiences and perspectives, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and valued. This practice can break down barriers, build trust, and encourage open, honest communication within our teams. 💬 We believe in the power of mindfulness to transform leadership. Our leadership development programs are designed to help leaders enhance their emotional intelligence and create inclusive environments where everyone feels valued. 🤝 This Pride Month, practice mindful listening to support your LGBTQ+ colleagues and build a stronger, more inclusive workplace. Together, we can create a ripple effect of positive change. 🌈 👉 Discover more about mindful leadership by scheduling a discovery call with us today: https://buff.ly/4bEYmMV #MindfulMonday #UpSpiralLeadership #Mindfulness #PrideMonth #ActiveListening
