At Stitch Fix, we established a system of equal pay from the beginning. We believe a fair and unbiased compensation structure is critical to drive a more inclusive culture. As part of our commitment to pay equity, we're proud to share that we recently signed the California Equal Pay Pledge. You can read more here: https://equalpayca.org

Money drives people. Money drives someone like me who went above and beyond everyday for this company and nothing in return other then free lunches and snacks in a break room, which were the main topics when we didn’t get a raise.

I love my senior stylist job at Stitch Fix, but we haven't gotten a raise in three years! (I've been here for six and a half years.) I don't believe that's the way to keep good people. Yes, the job is remote and flexible, but we need a raise!

We want money to live. That’s what people want. I wasted 7 years at a job (stitchfix) and the money became more and more scarce as the time went on. Even went about two and a half years without a raise then they gave us a temporary raise before Christmas one year and tried to take it back.  Know your worth.

Stitch Fix Love this! If more companies did this, the standard of living would rise for so many people! Thanks for sharing.
