Working with data is not sexy. It is very sexy. Well this post was done by Alex Freberg yesterday and he got (at the time I view the post 750 reactions) and hundreds of thousands of impressions. Everyone can agree that Alex is a person that has contributed a lot to the internet in the domain of data analytics but what the heck is wrong with all those people that engage positively with that post lol. There has been a lot of talk lately about how marketers are struggling to convert audiences into customers due to their lack of data. Real Estate marketing teams in new construction and multifamily default to Google Analytics - a very basic tool - for very important work: "who is my customer? what do they want? what marketing performs? what do people like about my community website?"
