We agree with Nicola at LSBU Apprenticeships! End Point Assessment is critical to the apprenticeship journey - and delivering that independent assessment of competence for the workforce. Working in partnership with colleges and universities, and across the professional institutions (including Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), CIBSE, and Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation (CIHT)) - our end point assessment processes aim to offer the benefit of, and access to the professional registers. Without this, how can, and will, employers and individuals showcase this, and make themselves stand out from the rest of their competitors?
As we near the end of a successful National Apprenticeship Week 2024, it is important that we support those who are also nearing the end of their Apprenticeship journey. LSBU are delighted to continue delivering End Point Assessment workshops to support and guide Apprentices through the final stages of their Apprenticeships ensuring they are fully prepared for their Assessment Day. Our workshops are delivered for Apprentices along with the attendance of their line managers/mentors. It is imperative Employers attend these events as they play a pivotal role in preparing them for a successful outcome in not only the End Point Assessment but the overall Apprenticeship Scheme which apprentices have worked hard for over the last couple year. Carlos Gonzalo Pitarch Fingers crossed and good luck to those going through the February EPA window, we look forward to shortly celebrating and showcasing your success 🎉 .
