It's very interesting to see how different the last few years' measurements have been compared to 2020-21. Specifically, Professional and Career Development was clearly not a high priority for many. Job security was certainly highly coveted in 2020-21 – unfortunately this isn't much of a measurable Benefit Category.
This survey shows that we are coming back to the normal thinking process where self and after retirement is a major concern. We all are in the complex environment where stress is causing several health related ailments and as there are no retirement benefits like pension so people are worried about their retired life which is really tough.
