Our new look information session is now in two parts. Up to now, we've had either a virtual or in-person session for interested applicants to learn about the opportunity to decide if it is something they want to do. Why have one version - when we can have both! The virtual session gives interested applicants insight into the format and content of Growing Talent from the comfort of their own homes. Those who like what they learn send a notice of interest to attend the in-person information event. This event has four separate interactive parts designed to give applicants confidence, empowerment and connection with employers ahead of the 1st stage selection. More about that will follow.

Alright Students! Earnings season has come to a close. It's important to keep up with the reporting of the companies you're interested in working for. This is not only a critical exercise for interview prep, but it also gives you context for how the company expects to operate its business moving forward. One question you should always be prepared to answer when interviewing with a hiring manager is: 'What product or business area should we focus on next?' While there are an infinite number of potential answers you can give, the key to answering this question is to have a solid argument backed by evidence and an overall understanding of that company's values (often found in the company's own financial and mission statements).
