1. Every franchise receives a detailed SOP manual outlining every aspect of production, from ingredients to preparation techniques. We carry out monthly quality checks and audits to maintain the highest standards at work.
2. Every franchise has to go for extensive training programs for their staff, which are non-negotiable because it's essential for them to understand the importance of tradition, flavour, hygiene, and presentation.
3. We have a central supply chain for ingredients to ensure consistent taste and quality across all verticals.
4. We maintain a consistent brand identity across all franchise outlets, from logos to packaging. This ensures that customers recognise your brand wherever they go.
5. Lastly, we actively listen to customer's and franchisees' feedback. This helps us identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes promptly.
