This week marks the start of the National Safety Stand Down, highlighting the importance of safety within our industry. At Roebbelen, we place great emphasis on Safety Mindset. This approach focuses on a culture of safety. We ask all team members to enter the job site with safety in mind and constantly keep it as the focus of their activities. We aim to nurture a safety-centric culture in every aspect of our operations. Key components of this approach include leadership commitment, hazard recognition, prevention, training, and communication. Safety isn't confined to a single week; it's a continuous commitment. Throughout this week, we'll be sharing insights from our safety advocates through video posts on social media. We extend our gratitude to all those who prioritize safety day in and day out, driving progress within our industry. Let's collaborate to construct a future that's safer for everyone! #Safetyweek #Roebbelen #TeamRoebbelen #SafetyMindset #YFNY #YourFamilyNeedsYou #Safety

"We have another employee nomination that we've selected to win an award. It's really important to us that you guys nominate each other because it shows us that you care about each other and want to recognize your colleagues for embodying our core values. So please continue to do so, it means a lot to us. Our winner, Oscar, was nominated by Javier for consistently demonstrating a caring attitude and treating others with kindness and respect and also for going above and beyond to do what's right." We have monthly safety meetings here at GRO. They are a great time for us to go over important safety topics, to gather as a company, and to honor employees for embodying GRO's Core Values: Do the Right Thing, Go Above & Beyond, Be Bold, & Care for Others. Do You See What I See? Probably not, and this is Important for Safety Leaders to know! Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you and someone else witnessed the same event, yet your recollections of it were vastly different? It's a common occurrence, and it highlights the fact that our perceptions are shaped by a multitude of factors, acting as filters that subtly influence the way we view the world around us. https://wix.to/uKbe8Ej #newblogpost #safety #hop #hoplab #safetyleaders #safetyprofessionals #newviewsafety #safetydifferently #learningteams #workplacesafety #safetyconsulting

Large warehouse. Limited leadership staff. Damages and safety incidents starting to creep up. Sound familiar? That’s the situation David May, Sr. Warehouse Manager at The Hain Celestial Group found himself in (and what most warehouses face these days). The reality is that visibility and warehouses haven’t traditionally mixed. But that doesn’t have to be the case. Dave put it like this “Even if my leads were on a constant roam throughout the building, there’s still going to be stuff they don’t see. The more we see, the more we can coach, and the more we can make our buildings safer. I’ve been preaching the gospel of OneTrack.AI since we got it because it’s made such a difference.” You can hear Dave’s full story here: https://lnkd.in/dRPmFBEQ #WarehouseSafety | #ForkliftSafety | #WarehouseOperations | #Logistics | #WarehouseIntelligence
