FULLY REMOTE: VP of DTC Ecommerce ($180K base + Bonus) ... Wanna see a five-page job posting? This sucker took me 11 hours to write! 🚙 That's like driving at 65 mph one-way from Atlanta to ... Chicago, Detroit, Buffalo, Omaha, Wichita, or San Antonio. This one has a lot of moving parts! But for the right executive, the job itself is totally doable. 🟥 We are looking for a PROVEN VP of DTC Ecommerce for a $30 million, subscription-based CPG manufacturer of safe, non-toxic cleaning products delivered in refillable and sustainable packaging. Think 7th Generation before it was snapped up by Unilever. This $180K base (+ bonus) role is fully remote / WFH, and what we're looking for here is a hands-on, action-oriented doer with a bias for action. 🟥 Priority consideration will be given to client-side candidates who are *CURRENTLY* leading a DTC CPG ecommerce P&L. (By “currently,” I mean currently.) The primary focus of this role will be demand gen and integrated customer acquisition through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Affiliate channels, Influencer marketing, Display ads, Retargeting, Groupon, YouTube, Google Ads and Google Shopping. This is not to say you won't be overseeing the usual ecom functions of planning, forecasting, email marketing, CRO, online merchandising, tech stack integration, Amazon / 3P markets, and so on -- but where the rubber will meet the road here is customer acquisition. To access this posting, see my link in the comments below. Then please … 👍 to share!

Jouw DTC merk naar €1M p/m? Ik laat je zien hoe wij dit voor 50+ DTC-merken deden | Founder van Chary: senior only growth agency
The simplest way to be among the top 7% of E-commerce brands. Understand your unit economics inside and out. I write many posts about essential KPIs, channel strategies, and what sets successful E-commerce brands apart, but without understanding your unit economics, all of this is pointless. To put it as simply as possible: if you can spend 3x more on acquiring new customers, you win 10 out of 10 times against your competitors. So before you dive into different strategies, fancy content shoots, and hiring Chary as a marketing agency, do the 'boring' work first and understand your finances. As an example to help you on your way, ask yourself and your team these questions: - How can we increase the average purchase frequency? - How can we increase the AOV? - How can we increase our CLTV? - How well are our landing pages converting? - What is our average conversion rate? - How can we increase the margin on our top 20 best-selling products? The goal is to break even on the front end. Your competitors' advertising strategy could be legendary but if you have the insights to say 'I can pay more,' you win the game. Feel free to send a DM if you want to go deeper into this!
