But for some of us Neurodivergents, we find that really hard. It can be incredibly stressful and uncomfortable and could set off an anxiety attack. By avoiding eye contact, they’re not being rude and they’re not uninterested in the interview! They’re engaging and keeping themselves regulated in the moment."
