I don’t usually post personal things on LinkedIn but, today I wanted to take a second to appreciate how great of an experience it has been to be a part of a true team at RightWorks. While I’m sure everyone has a different story about how Covid-19 had affected their lives, I decided to take a different path than most. I decided to move out of Boston to Mexico where I was adjusting to a new step in my career as well as a change of scenery. Where most companies would write you off with this idea, Our CEO John Florez was nothing but supportive and excited about my decision. The amount of freedom that RightWorks provides its employees is second to none which has allowed everyone here to “be their own boss” in a way. This model encourages everyone here to be free of the micromanaging work setting that I know everyone enjoys so much! Instead, Rightworks encourages being accountable, motivated, and collaboration between one another where the results are glaringly positive from our clients and candidates. I couldn’t be happier to be part of a team that is always supportive and the happiest work environment I’ve ever been involved with. The point of all this – Find a job that makes you motivated, comfortable, and happy. Success and capital will follow!
I couldn't agree more Leland. John, Brennan and everyone at RightWorks are the best of the best. Smart, kind, hardworking and incredibly decent. I've been around awhile and I feel pretty solid in saying there's not better group of people doing what we do than the folks at RightWorks. #frommyheart

I cannot emphasize enough the truth behind these words. We are blessed to be apart of such an amazing company with a true vision to help us succeed. That view... worth it!
