The early part of an employee’s tenure is absolutely critical and it is essential to have a plan in place to ensure success. Every time I was considered for a position, I had a 30/60/90 day plan ready to present at the interview. It was admittedly generic and vague since I didn’t know much about the role except for the description, but it showed the interviewer that I am very serious about making a significant contribution as soon as possible once I’m hired.
