To foster a workplace culture of inclusion and prioritise staff mental wellbeing, the key is to create opportunities for employees to communicate and connect authentically. An easy way for companies to achieve this is by installing a water dispenser at the workplace. Most employees have their most genuine connections with their colleagues in the office over a cuppa ☕, and such water cooler moments, while may seem trivial, plays a very important role in breaking down hierarchical barriers and fostering genuine connections.
