It's officially back to work time! Being able to provide a fellow mother with a professional caregiver for their little one to allow them concentrate on being a boss at work is quite literally my purpose on earth, and one that I cherish every day.

The lead up to Christmas is a busy time for lots of organisations. Certainly is at SGN, winter is our busiest time of year, particularly over the festive period when our front line colleagues work so hard, providing the heat we all rely on. But who looks after the people who are keeping us all safe and warm? I found this #mentalhealth video from Tarmac particularly impactful.
