Joe Dyer's post, below, celebrating the great team at DISHER shows how important appreciation really is. We often talk about recognition, or commending an employee on a job well done, as essential for employee satisfaction, engagement and productivity. However, appreciation is about recognizing the qualities of the person rather than the quality of the job, which is something far more meaningful, and durable. #appreciationday #recognition #companyculture #employeeengagement #productivity #employeesatisfaction
Today is Employee Appreciation Day, and we want to express our sincere gratitude to every member of our team! We greatly value the diverse skill sets and creative energy that each person contributes at DISHER. We take pride in seeing everyone's dedicated efforts not only in serving our customers but also in supporting their coworkers and community.

Today is National Employee Appreciation Day. While it is always great to have a focus on a specific area on any given day, appreciating your employees and peers needs to happen everyday. Showing that you appreciate your employee, peer or team member can be as simple as: 1. Intentionally saying ‘thank you’ in person 2. Reflect on your collective accomplishments and highlight each 3. Publicly thank employees through internal channels 4. Provide free food or snacks 5. Create a space where they can get away from work and take a break. Take the time, today (and everyday) to appreciate the people you work with, and watch how amazing your team flourishes and work ethic increases.

Last month we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with a hole-in-one extravaganza! Heading off to mini golf, we were all ready to swing into action, putt our skills to the test, and leave it all out on the greens. Lots of laughs were had, followed by ice cream treats and bragging rights. Today is National Employee Appreciation Day! Don’t worry - you don’t have to rush out and start scooping up gifts. The best ways to show appreciation are free: ⭐ Get to know your employees on a personal level during one-on-one meetings. Ask them about their families, hobbies, and lives outside of work. ⭐ Connect with them on a shared interest. Do you both love fly fishing? Set aside time to talk about your favorite trips. ⭐ Ask them about their professional goals, and offer ways to help them achieve those goals. Remember, it’s about using the Platinum Rule here, not the Golden Rule. (For a quick refresher: The Platinum Rule says to treat others the way THEY want to be treated. The Golden Rule says to treat others the way YOU want to be treated. See the difference?) What is the best way you have found to show your employees appreciation? #EmployeeAppreciation #LeadershipStrategies #GTNCoach

Today is Employee Appreciation Day and we want to say a huge thank you to all our employees at MGA and Two Tails Productions. ◾ Thank you for being a creative powerhouse and for delivering exceptional work for our clients. ◾Thank you for working cross-departmentally on projects, providing support, and finding efficiencies where possible. ◾Thank you for fostering a learning environment, working in ways that we can all learn from and each leading by example. ◾Thank you for supporting each other when needed, in and outside of work. ◾Thank you for always bringing your best selves to work, despite any stressors (big or small!). ◾Thank you for going above and beyond for our clients, and for each other. ◾Thank you for providing a new perspective on things and for helping each other to think outside of the box. Every member of the team delivers on the above, day in, day out. And as individuals, we’re great. But as a team, we’re a force to be reckoned with. We’re unstoppable. Happy Employee Appreciation Day! 😊 #employeeappreciationday #employeerecognition #thankyou

Someone has to say it but, "Employee Appreciation Day"?! Really?? These national days are out of control. You've barely celebrated National Hamster Day Before you're diving into National Bubble Bath Day (literally!) And then bam, out of nowhere, it's National Dentist Day again! It spins me out a little. Problem is, National Spinning Day is 8 months away yet. Sure, a lot of these days are about raising awareness And I don't disagree with every special day on the calendar. But, Employee Appreciation Day? Surely no business should wait all year to celebrate this. Appreciating employees is not a nice-to-have. It's a vital part of a company's culture. If you want to keep your employees happy, motivated, and productive You NEED to let them know their hard work is recognised and appreciated. Not annually. Not occasionally. But consistently, all year round. PS Do you agree? Repost ♻ this post if you feel the same.

Today is #EmployeeAppreciationDay and we'd like to share 4 different ways you can share your appreciation with your team. 1️⃣ Recognize and reward achievements with awards. We have everything to make your awarding ceremony extra special - from one-of-a-kind awards to custom event decoration supplies. 2️⃣ Recognize and support employees' goals. These can be professional goals and personal ones as well. A carefully picked drinkware, like these 40 ounce Stanley-style tumblers with an inspiring quote, can motivate your team toward goal and also support healthy habits. 3️⃣ Sometimes a kind word can change a person's life. Express appreciation with thoughtfully written greeting cards. These seed paper cards also grow into wildflowers when planted. 4️⃣ Appreciate your team by protecting them: good workwear helps boosting team spirit and promote a safer work environment. DM us for more tips to make your employee appreciation initiatives successful. #appreciation #teamspirit #recognition #awards
