We had so matcha fun celebrating National Matcha Day with Jade Leaf Matcha during our quarterly offsite. Thanks to Parillume and Lisa Foster for guiding us through communications training, and shout out to Jose Minski whose birthday we got to celebrate. We look forward to next quarter's offsite, next year's National Matcha Day (5/2-start planning now!) and our next cup of Jade Leaf (today!)

Embracing the Festive Spirit: How Brands Become Part of Our Celebrations
Festivals hold a special place in our hearts, and brands that master the art of becoming intertwined with these celebrations create lasting impressions.
Take Asian Paints, for instance. Their popular competition to judge Durga Puja pandals has made them a household name. They've not just sponsored the event; they've become synonymous with it. 🎨🏆
Now, Asian Paints is what Michelin stars are to restaurants - a symbol of excellence. They've shown that when brands deeply connect with the essence of a festival, they become an integral part of our lives.
Festivals are moments of joy, family, and generosity. It's when consumers are not just willing to spend, but eager to. When a brand seamlessly integrates itself with these moments, like Asian paints in Durga Puja or Coke in Christmas, they become irreplaceable.
In the business of celebration, it's the heart that matters most.
Sharing a song that we at Utopian Ventures (Tok Roshogolla) had created during Pujo of 2019, it was our attempt to integrate ourselves to this mega festival
You will love the song!

Share these tips, spread compassion!
As the kites add colours to the sky, let's illuminate our hearts with kindness. Opt for safer alternatives to manja like cotton threads, ensuring a harmonious festival for everyone. Happy Makar Sankranti.

So one day our Creative Strategist Eve Tran sat me down and said, "I'm probably not going to find a better place to work, so either I stay here and become a partner or I launch my own business."
A few months later she launched Matte, a specialty matcha concept, importing ceremonial grade matcha from Japanese farms and quick-serving it out of modern teabars. (Think boba milk tea or specialty coffee phenomenon, but with high-end affordable matcha. There are at least 200 hundred similar concepts in Bangkok alone. 0 in Vietnam. The opportunity is crazy.)
She invited us to invest and I said, "Everyone's got ideas. But I'm investing in you specifically because I believe you can do it."
We'll help her scale the teabar concepts. The first one will launch in March, with the second in site negotiations. For now, we're looking for front line teams, but soon we'll need back office teams and partnerships. We hope you keep us in mind.
There's a couple of things I find interesting from this whole experience:
1. Your career is what you make of it.
2. Your relationship with your employee/employer/boss/colleague should transcend the JD. I don't mean you need to be their best friend. But don't let the JD set the possibilities.
3. Once you've tried ceremonial grade matcha there's no going back.
Introducing Matte, one of the 1st specialty matcha concepts in Vietnam that brings premium ceremonial grade matcha from Japanese farms directly to our modern teabars.
Join us on this journey.

"The Power of a Second Cup Pakistan
As I sat at my office desk, gazing at my coffee mug Second Cup Pakistan a profound thought struck me. If we can enjoy a 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐩 of coffee, why can't we give ourselves and others a second chance?
Just as a 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐮𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐞 can be a fresh start, a new opportunity to savor and enjoy, we too can learn from our failures and try again. We shouldn't be discouraged if we don't succeed at first; instead, we should embrace the chance to try again, just like we would with a second cup of coffee.
The brand Second Cup is synonymous with quality and excellence, and it's a reminder that even if we don't get it right the first time, we can still strive for greatness with a second attempt.
So, let's embrace the power of a Second Cup and give ourselves and others the chance to try again, to learn from our mistakes, and to grow. Who knows what wonders a second chance can bring?

Getting sponsorship for the event for the very first time is not an easy task. From sending mails to finally reaching out to Fresca juices (Sponsor) to get deliverables include many phases. These are in the following:-
1. After sending mails to many companies, Fresca Juices was one who replied to me back with a positive response.
2. As they agreed, taking follow ups, next POA and getting MOU signed from both the parties was too new to me and great experience though.
3. As we got 42 boxes each contain 24 juice cans from Fresca, so getting them to the final destination made me learn about various things like how to bargain, talk with people professionally and many more simultaneously.
Atlast, thank you for giving me this opportunity and Fresca Juices for being my first pitched sponsor.

🌧During this period, it rains often.
The atmosphere is good.
Let's try making some hot soup to eat.
The menu I'd like to present today is duck soup with lily flowers and kiam sik🍲✨
component:
1. Half duck
2. 3 pieces of ginger, sliced
3. 3 tablespoons cooking wine
4. 60 grams of sikkim
5. Baihe or lily flower 60 grams
How to do it:
1. Soak lily flowers and sikkim in water to wash off dirt. Then take it out and set it aside to dry.
2. Blanch the duck meat in hot water. Add ginger slices and cooking wine.
3. When the duck meat is finished boiling, Spoon onto a plate and set aside.
4. Then take the duck meat and pour the soup into a bowl. Leave it to stew in the rice cooker.
5. Take about 1 hour, then take out and add a little salt and scallions. Ready to eat.
I believe it is a very easy menu to make.
And one thing you can't miss is the Tasung rice cooker.
that will make your meal special Even more delicious 🥰
