For senior leaders, it's about harnessing these strengths to build a well-rounded team that thrives in this dynamic landscape and stays competitive.   🤝 Collaboration and recognising individual strengths within your team are key. Fractionals have all the same responsibilities as our in-house counterparts, but we’re part time. We’re embedded for an ongoing or project basis and usually oversee a significant scope of work.
