The server walked calmly back into the kitchen, dropped off the plates, then sprinted outside to the hotdog stand, and returned to the table: "To make sure you don't go home with any culinary regrets, a NYC hotdog." The table freaked out. 🤯 ^I love this story from Will Guidara, who wrote "Unreasonable Hospitality," along with his tips when serving others: 1. Be present. 2. Take what you do seriously, without taking yourself too seriously. (A hotdog at a 4-star restaurant is sacrilegious, but look at how it made them feel!)
