It has been 112 years since the first official International Women's Day. In honour of that anniversary and to help us going back to the days when women had to fight for the right to even work, I am offering LIFETIME memberships in my new Leadership Makerspace learning community for women for yep... $112. We need to build a new leadership pipeline of and for women that cannot be broken by a pandemic, rooms of men making decisions for us, or burnout from being the 'only' at a table. And we need this pipeline to be intersectional, recognizing that inequities are far too easily found in white women only leadership. If you want to build your leadership competencies and grow your professional development network OR your organization is looking for an affordable way to scale your investment in women, check out my new website and JOIN US going forward. Because we ain't going back! https://lnkd.in/gEzGUN5 #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #womenleadership #women #equity #inclusion
