The effect of screen time on children is profound. Every child is different, but there just isn't really good news here. On the other hand, with a little perseverance, an entire family's life can be improved as they limit or even completely eliminate screen time. Behavior improves, attention span increases, anxiety decreases, creativity goes up, and so does productivity.
