A few years ago, I thought I knew something about productivity. I thought it was all about doing a lot of stuff.
In reality, it couldn't be further from that.
Let me share my top 3 productivity learnings from these years 🧵
1: Productivity is all about using your time intentionally.
I'm a gamer, and I thought that playing games was a waste of time.
Playing all afternoon is a waste of time; playing 2 hours a day to rest and get distracted from working all day is being productive.
2: Block your day in your calendar.
I know you're tired of hearing this from clickbaity gurus, but it works.
The reason why it works is because it's the only moment in your day when you stop and think, "What should I get done today?" "How does my day look?"
3: Do things that you know are good for you and step out of your comfort zone.
In my case, it might be the gym. I don't hate it, but I don't like it either.
That 1-hour effort a day leads to incredible results for me.
I may not like it, but it's good for me. I have to do it.
