Days ago it launched #grok, which is the xAI's large language model (LLM) It is widely acknowledged that diverse teams bring diverse backgrounds and experiences, and this makes the team sensitive to different problems to design and develop AI solutions with these differences in mind. So much so that it is recognised in different documents: - EU AI ethics guidelines - AI Act draft (inclusion of diversity requirements in CoC, art 69) - NIST AI RMF (govern 3.1) - AI Executive Order (October 2023) - etc And yet some of the most advanced companies in the world...
