They learn how to handle the excavator with precision, delicately sculpting the ground to match the project's requirements. To What Extent Should Employee Engagement Be⁉️ I had to read the article in depth by Ma'am Chisha Kandale and I appreciate her insights especially an HR personnel taking time to address issues like employee engagement. But does getting to know what employees role take enough in respect to employee engagement⁉️ I wish other HR'S can emulate her but I also believe that as an employee team building facilitator I also believe that we can adapt workstations (equipment) to individual needs which does minimize discomfort and fatigue for the workforce. I encourage organizations to also put in place pro active wellness programs which I have seen can promote healthy habits through fitness challenges or nutrition education and stress management workshops for them to contribute to the overall well being and engagement. Understanding what the workforce does and what it takes to carry out a task in self may not suffice as employee engagement which I feel may not be entirely enough but we can help in doing so.
