One of the sales force activities at Mitsubishi Motors is building productive activities by opening up new possibilities and opportunities in various ways, including opening tables, booths and exhibitions at strategic points without abandoning standards. This method makes it easier to connect with external parties, especially consumers who initially do not pay attention to be paying attention, who initially do not interested in becoming interested and who initially do not think need it to be the one who want to buy it. An interesting theme or gimmick can be a booster that creates space in the consumer's frame of mind that the opportunity at the event should not be missed. So it would be something that would be more supportive of sales force sales if determining numbers and targets needed to be balanced with support for organizing events by adjusting certain moments on the calendar or agenda of community activities, both local and national. Keep your enthusiasm, challenges and tests are steps for one, two or even three levels to get to the next position, have a nice day.

We caught up with Naomi Wall, our Senior Channel Manager for Specification, on her role at Mira and what she sees as the biggest challenge facing the specification market in the coming years: "Iโve worked for Mira for eight years, beginning in the Marketing Communications team before moving to the Channel Marketing team, where I currently am responsible for domestic specification (New Build and Social Housing). Put simply, I work with our fantastic Sales team to feed customer and market insight back into our business. My favourite aspect of my role has to be working with and listening to our customers. I love inviting customers to our UK facilities in Cheltenham, Worcester and Hull, attending industry events, and visiting a developer partnerโs showhomeโฆmy role is so varied โ but it all centres on delighting our customers. Undoubtedly, the biggest challenge is how the market will adapt to changing building regulations (specifically #PartL and #PartG). However, with every challenge comes great opportunity!
