It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of our Director of Sales, Keith Zerwas. Keith's dedication, enthusiasm, and exceptional leadership were pivotal to our success and greatly appreciated by colleagues and customers alike. Keith was more than a colleague; he was a friend to many and a true professional who always went above and beyond to ensure our customers received the best service possible. His loss leaves a significant void in our team and in the hearts of all who knew him. To honor Keith's memory, we will be holding a Celebration of Life ceremony on June 23rd at 2:00 PM. The ceremony will take place at Hudson Mills Metropark (8801 N Territorial Rd, Dexter, MI 48130) in Pavilion B, located next to the main clubhouse. We invite all who knew Keith and wish to pay their respects to join us for this special occasion. During this difficult time, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this transition. Our team remains committed to providing the high level of service you have come to expect, and we are here to assist you with any inquiries or support you may need. We will keep you updated on any further arrangements or changes as we honor Keith's memory and contributions to our company. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Sincerely, Robert, Adam, Jessica, and the IOSiX Team

Want to give a shout out and acknowledge my client Emma. As a hugely successful and well regarded M.D., I give her the credit for taking a stand for the quality of life she is committed to, and negotiating a career that works for HER (rather than the other way around). And – without “giving up” any of her extraordinary success, as she’s quite passionate about her work and contribution. This reminds me of the concept I talk about that “people will buy what we’re selling.” It’s all about boundaries. Are we selling that we’re a pushover and will work round the clock? Or are we selling that we have firm and confident boundaries WITHIN which we will still do our jobs impeccably?

Before we can influence others, we must be able to influence ourselves that we have something of value to offer. I mean, if *we* wouldn't believe us...why would anyone else? Not understanding, acknowledging, and embracing one's value is a core reason why one falls short of success. It’s also a big reason why one charges less than they should, gives in to others' demands too easily, and in many other ways fails to achieve their true potential. As my dear friend and colleague Amy Wells puts it, the key is to... "Walk in your value®." I love that! Question: How have *you* gone about the process of walking in your value in order to ensure success for everyone involved? #AmyWells #BobBurg #Sales #LinkedIn #TheGoGiver

Why support and encouragement for your team is important. Your team looks to you for guidance and support. As a Sales Manager, you are the front-line voice of the company - your actions determine, in large measure, the success of your team. Supporting and encouraging your team creates a bond of trust allowing your reps to thrive and succeed. Not supporting your team or an individual team member makes you a supervisor, a task master, an administrator and someone who won't have a high performing team. Your reps need to know that you value their contributions. Your active support and encouragement shows them that.

SELLING FROM THE HEART Daily Dose of Inspiration "Heartfelt professionals seek to serve not be served." The highest calling for a selling from the heart professional is to serve others. They understand serving the interests of others by helping them overcome challenges and remove potential roadblocks to achieve their goals is a satisfying way to live their sales life. Life is truly lived through moments of service to our fellow human beings. These individuals find absolute joy and contentment in serving their clients. Seek to be great, if you want to be successful, learn to become a servant. Start serving... Start by becoming a leader of yourself. - Servants seek to make themselves available to serve. - Servants seek to pay attention to other's needs. - Servants seek to do every task with equal dedication. I believe actions speak louder than words when serving from the heart. Larry

Like many traveling sales professionals, I spend a significant amount of time on the road. One of the most effective ways to utilize that "windshield time" is by learning and improving my craft. Excelling in sales goes beyond just product knowledge; it’s about embodying key attributes that drive success. From Zig Ziglar's "The Secrets of Closing the Sale," here are my top three takeaways from the first 10 hours of listening: Positive Attitude: A positive outlook not only boosts your motivation but also enhances the customer’s perception, fostering stronger connections. Empathy: Truly understanding your customer's needs and concerns builds trust and allows for tailored solutions. Effective Communication: Master clear, honest, and persuasive communication to convey value and address objections effectively. #ZigZiglar #SalesSuccess #ProfessionalDevelopment
