Celebrate small wins! Such an important key to unlocking potential and moving forward, but something many of us are NOT good at. It is something we need to cultivate because it is NOT natural - both as individuals and in teams! We are 3 weeks into January. What are some of the "small wins" you have seen since the beginning of 2024? Look for them and say them out loud, or share them with somebody. And find a small way to celebrate them! Your workgroup will thank you for it. By naming and celebrating the small wins together, you'll build momentum to overcome some of the obstacles you're facing!
