Luxury hospitality, however, is a segment within the hospitality industry that includes business and leisure travel and to that extent, is year-round. I have put my thoughts down on brand strategy as well as brand campaign ideas on two such luxury hospitality brands, in two separate blog posts. One is an Indian luxury hotel company that also has international operations, and has set new benchmarks for the industry: Oberoi Hotels and Resorts. https://lnkd.in/gEHDRZpv The second is a luxury hotel in New York acquired by IHCL and is now part of the Taj brand, even though it is European and French, in character: The Pierre. https://lnkd.in/gWsnA8HB I had put down my thoughts on brand strategy and a campaign for Taj Hotels over a decade ago, but lost them to termites at my aged parents' place in Goa.
