🎡Company Evening at the Landau Folk Festival // Betriebsabend auf dem Landauer Volksfest🎡 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 After the folk festival in Schwandorf in early June, the folk festival in Landau took place last Monday. HORSCH LEEB also did not miss the opportunity and invited its employees to celebrate on the "Company Evening." 🥳 With fantastic music 🎶, delicious food 🍔, and refreshing drinks 🍻 as well as together with our great colleagues 🤝, we spent a wonderful evening. 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 Nach dem Volksfest in Schwandorf Anfang Juni fand letzten Montag das Volksfest in Landau statt. HORSCH LEEB ließ es sich ebenfalls nicht nehmen und lud seine Mitarbeitenden am „Betriebsabend“ zum Feiern ein. 🥳 Bei fantastischer Musik 🎶, leckerem Essen 🍔 und erfrischenden Getränken 🍻 sowie in bester Gesellschaft unserer tollen Kolleginnen und Kollegen 🤝 verbrachten wir einen schönen Abend. #HORSCH #HORSCHLEEB #landau #spassanderarbeit #teamspirit #afterwork

HORSCH Impact 🌍 International News from Germany 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 A project for a good cause - initiated and implemented by apprentices: ➡ They work on charitable projects for the region around our Schwandorf site. ▶ Completely independent ▶ Apprentices contribute their ideas ▶ Mix of both commercial and industrial apprentices ▶ Project is always passed on to the next apprentices Current project: This year, a container restoration with extension and conversion is taking place for a Forest Kindergarten. Our apprentices are always faced with challenges, but they are grateful for the trust placed in them by the management and are happy to be able to do something good with the projects. 🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪 Ein Projekt für den guten Zweck - ins Leben gerufen und umgesetzt von Azubis: ➡ Sie arbeiten an wohltätigen Aktionen für die Region rund um unseren Standort Schwandorf. ▶ Komplett eigenständig ▶ Azubis bringen ihre Ideen ein ▶ Sowohl kaufmännische als auch gewerbliche Azubis gemischt ▶ Projekt wird jeweils an die nächsten Azubis weitergereicht Aktuelles Projekt: Dieses Jahr findet für den Waldkindergarten eine Container-Restaurierung mit Aus- und Umbau statt. Unsere Azubis stehen dabei immer wieder vor Herausforderungen, aber sie sind dankbar über das entgegengebrachte Vertrauen der Geschäftsführung und freuen sich mit den Projekten etwas Gutes tun zu können.

40 Jahre HORSCH - Recap part 2 🇩🇪 News from Germany 🇩🇪 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 We take you on a journey through 40 years of HORSCH history - characterised by innovations, family solidarity and passion for agriculture! Today in the second part, we have a few facts about the years 1994-2004 at HORSCH: ▶ HORSCH grew and more family members joined the company, who still leave their mark. ▶ Marketing was also further developed and the first marketing and training centre (FITZ) was built at Sitzenhof. ▶ In addition, the first contacts with Theo Leeb were made and, alongside Michael Horsch, his brother Philipp Horsch joined the company. During this time, the Terrano, Tiger and Pronto were developed, opening new doors for HORSCH. Soon we will continue with the third decade in our review. Heute im zweiten Teil mit ein paar Fakten über die Jahre 1994-2004 bei HORSCH: ▶ HORSCH war im Wachstum und ins Unternehmen stiegen weitere Familienmitglieder ein, die es bis heute prägen. ▶ Auch das Marketing wurde weiterentwickelt und das erste Marketing- und Schulungsgebäude (FITZ) am Sitzenhof gebaut. ▶ Außerdem entstanden die ersten Kontakte mit Theo Leeb und neben Michael Horsch stieg sein Bruder Philipp Horsch fest in das Unternehmen mit ein. 40 Jahre HORSCH - Recap part 1 🌍 International News 🌍 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 We take you on a journey through 40 years of HORSCH history - characterized by innovations, family ties and passion for agriculture! Today we start with the early years: 1984-1994 ▶ Driven by his passion for agricultural technology and the problems the Horsch family encountered on their own arable farm, Michael Horsch started to develop his first machines and founded the HORSCH Maschinen GmbH in 1984. ▶ At this time, Michael Horsch also met Cornelia, the daughter of Mr. Dorsemagen, one of his first customers. With the support of the family, they managed the company which at the time already had 15 employees. The Seed-Exactor (first no-till seed drill), the Airseeder (tine seed drill) and one of the most famous HORSCH developments, the Terra-Trac (three-wheel tractor) became known at this time. Be curious! Heute starten wir mit den Anfangsjahren: 1984-1994 ▶ Getrieben von seiner Leidenschaft für Landtechnik und den Problemen, die der Familie Horsch auf ihrem eigenen Ackerbaubetrieb begegneten, begann Michael Horsch mit der Entwicklung seiner ersten Maschinen und gründete 1984 die HORSCH Maschinen GmbH. ▶ Zu dieser Zeit lernte Michael Horsch auch Cornelia, die Tochter von Herrn Dorsemagen, einem seiner ersten Kunden kennen. Mit Unterstützung der Familie leiteten sie das Unternehmen, das zu dieser Zeit bereits 15 Mitarbeiter*innen hatte. Der Sä-Exaktor (erste Direktsaat-Sämaschine), der Airseeder (Zinkensämaschine) und eine der bekanntesten HORSCH Entwicklungen, der Terra-Trac (Dreiradschlepper) wurden zu dieser Zeit bekannt. Across the Schwandorf District // Einmal quer durch den Landkreis Schwandorf ➡️🏃♀️🏃♂️ 🌱 Deutsche Version unten 🌱 On Saturday, June 22nd, 43 HORSCH employees gathered and ran in relays from Fronberg to Oberviechtach📍 The event was the Schwandorf District Run where HORSCH participated with four running teams and one walking team. This made HORSCH the company with the highest number of participants for the fifth consecutive time 🔝🏆 A big thank you to all the employees who took part and showed everyone how strong HORSCH is as a team! 💪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 🇩🇪 Am Samstag, den 22.06, trafen sich 43 HORSCH Mitarbeitende und liefen gemeinsam in Staffeln von Fronberg bis nach Oberviechtach📍 Der Anlass war das Sportereignis Landkreislauf Schwandorf, wo neben weiteren Gruppen vier Lauf- und ein Walkingteam von HORSCH teilnahmen.
